The Tennessee-Martin Skyhawks and the Morehead State Eagles meet Wednesday in college basketball action from Ellis Johnson Arena. TN-Martin is 6-9 this year. The Skyhawks are coming off a loss to Belmont. As for Morehead State, they’re 10-5 and took out Austin Peay in their last appearance. TN-Martin went just 4-8 over their first 12 games this year. The Skyhawks beat Miami-Hamilton, North Dakota, Carver and UNC Asheville in that stretch. After wins over Austin Peay and Tennessee State the Skyhawks lost to Belmont.

PICK: I’m probably sticking with Morehead State here, but staying away. The Eagles have been on a solid run over this four-game win streak, even though they’ve managed a tepid 129 combined points in their last pair. Still, Morehead State shouldn’t have a ton of trouble keeping the Skyhawks at bay; TN-Martin has been at 65 points or fewer in three of their last four games. If the Eagles get off to a good start here I think they’ll be fine.
