The Eastern Washington Eagles and the Montana Grizzlies meet Saturday in college basketball action from Dahlberg Arena. Eastern Washington sits at 11-9 on the year. The Eagles lost to Montana State in their last game. As for Montana, they’re currently 14-6 and fresh off a win over Idaho. Eastern Washington has hovered around .500 for most of the year, but they’ve been improving gradually record-wise since late December. In the last three the Eagles are 1-2 with losses to Northern Colorado and Montana State.

PICK: I’m going to stick with Montana here. The Grizzlies have had their scoring issues lately with 66 points or fewer in three of their last four games, but they’re still getting the wins. The last time these teams met up back on January 6, Montana hit a 90-78 victory. The Grizzlies shot 49.1 percent from the field in that one with a 10-point advantage in the second half. I like this one to be close most of the way as well, but I think the Grizzlies can keep it going.
