Texas trailed by a 76-72 margin with just 1:13 left in regulation, however, the Longhorns was outstanding down the stretch and took the lead for good after Timmy Allen hit a game-winning three-pointers for the Longhorns with :24 seconds left in regulation. The 10th ranked Baylor Bears improved to 20-4 on the season after defeating the Kansas State Wildcats, 75-60, this past Wednesday. Baylor was outstanding defensively against Kansas State and was able to pull away in the 2nd half after taking a 53-38 lead with 12:46 left in regulation. The Longhorns are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games vs. Baylor and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 Saturday games. The Bears are 7-6 ATS in their last 13 home games, however, are just 2-4 ATS in their last 6 Saturday games.

Texas is coming off impressive wins at home against Iowa State & Kansas, however, despite having the top ranked scoring defense in College Basketball, the Longhorns haven’t been great on the road this season, posting just a 2-5 record. Baylor has had some missteps as of late as the Bears have only won 5 of their last 9 games, however, this is still a team that is ranked t-39th in scoring offense & 25th in scoring defense and as the Bears have been solid overall at home this season, posting an 11-2 record which includes a 21-point victory over Villanova, I think the play here is to take Baylor to cover this home spread. Good Luck!
