The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will travel to Littlejohn Coliseum to take on the Clemson Tigers this Wednesday night in College Basketball action.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets lost their 3rd straight game and dropped to 11-18 on the season after being defeated by the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, 90-56, this past Saturday. Georgia Tech had no answers on either end of the court against the Notre Dame and could not fight back after going into halftime trailing by a 46-27 margin. Georgia Tech shot 34.4% from the field & 20.0% from beyond the arc while allowing Notre Dame to shoot 57.1% from the field & 56.5% from beyond the arc. Leading the way for the Yellow Jackets was Jordan Usher who had 16 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, & 2 steals.

Defensively, Georgia Tech is allowing their opponents to average 70.1 ppg on 43.1% shooting from the field. The Yellow Jackets have a rebound margin of -1.2 and a turnover margin of 0.1.

The Clemson Tigers won their 2nd straight game and improved to 14-15 on the season after defeating the Boston College Eagles, 70-60, this past Saturday. Clemson was outstanding on the defensive end against Boston College and was able to pull away in the 2nd half after taking a 51-37 lead with 7:32 left in regulation. Clemson shot 40.0% from the field & 30.0% from beyond the arc while holding Boston College to 36.2% shooting from the field & 20.7% from beyond the arc. Defensively, Clemson is allowing their opponents to average 68.8 ppg on 42.8% shooting from the field. The Tigers have a rebound margin of 2.3 and a turnover margin of 0.2.

The Yellow Jackets are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games vs. Clemson & 7-2 ATS in their last 9 Wednesday road games. The Tigers are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 March games, however, are 9-4 ATS

Georgia Tech struggled against Notre Dame, however, the Yellow Jackets have played better overall as of late as they were competitive their three previous games against Virginia Tech, Syracuse, & Pittsburgh in which they all covered ATS. Clemson is coming off back-to-back wins, including an impressive win against Wake Forest, however, this is still a team that lost 10 of their previous 12 games, and as Georgia Tech was able to defeat Clemson by a 69-64 margin at home, I think the Yellow Jackets will be able to keep this one competitive enough to cover with the double-digit points. Good Luck!
