The Colgate Raiders and the Navy Midshipmen meet in college basketball action from the Cotterell Court on Wednesday night.

The Navy Midshipmen booked their spot in the title game with an 85-80 OT win over Boston last time out. I get the case to be made for the Middies here, as Navy has a solid defense that’s more than capable of keeping them in games against the best of the best in the conference. However, Colgate just appears to be on another level right now, and have turned it back on, looking more and more like the Colgate team that’s been the class of the Patriot League in recent years. I think this is a game where Navy’s defense keeps them in it early on, but in the end, Colgate pulls away and grabs a cover in this one.
