The Dartmouth Big Green and the Harvard Crimson meet in college basketball action from the Lavietes Pavilion on Saturday afternoon.

The Dartmouth Big Green will look to build on an 84-70 win over Penn last time out. Brendan Barry leads the Big Green in scoring with 14.4 PPG while Aaryn Rai has 12.3 PPG with a team-high 7 RPG to make up the pair of double-digit scorers for Dartmouth up to this point in the season. Taurus Samuels has 9.1 PPG as well for Dartmouth as well this season. As a team, Dartmouth is averaging 68 PPG on 41.7% shooting from the field, 33.8% from three and 76.4% from the foul line while allowing 68.8 PPG on 44.9% shooting from the field and 35.7% from three this season.

The Harvard Crimson will try to bounce back from back-to-back losses to Princeton after a 74-73 loss to Princeton last time out. Noah Kirkwood leads Harvard in scoring with 17.7 PPG and 5.7 RPG as well as a team-high 3 APG to lead the Crimson in assists while Chris Ledlum has 16.7 PPG with a team-high 9.3 RPG to lead the Crimson on the glass and Luka Sakota has 11.7 PPG to cap off the trio of double-digit scorers for Harvard this season. As a team, Harvard is averaging 72.2 PPG on 43.5% shooting from the field, 33.3% from three and 69.7% from the foul line while allowing 68.8 PPG on 44.2% shooting from the field and 37.1% from three this season.

Dartmouth is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 Saturday games and 5-0 ATS in their last 5 road games following three or more consecutive home games while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 games following an ATS win. Harvard is 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 home games and 3-13-1 ATS in their last 17 home games against a team with a road winning percentage below .400 while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 games against a team with a losing record.

This line does feel a tad off, but I’m being honest, I’m not looking to back Dartmouth in any way, shape or form. Harvard can’t reach the Ivy League tournament, but I have to think the Crimson want to finish the year on a high note at home so I’ll lay the points with the Crimson here.
