The Southern Miss Golden Eagles will look to build on a 95-59 win over Lamar in the last meeting last time out. It’s not often that you see a home-and-home in college hoops, but that’s what we have here and just on the surface and looking at the matchup, I’m not sure what would’ve happened or adjustments to be made for Lamar to suggest we see a different result here. I don’t expect Southern Miss to shoot better than 50% again, but Lamar hasn’t been good this season and Southern Miss has been the better team by a mile. Laying the points with Southern Miss seems like the only play for me here.
