Lindenwood Lions 

Over on the Lindenwood side, they went a rough 7-15 over their first 22 games this year. The Lions are 2-5 in their last seven outings, falling to Tennessee State, SIU-Edwardsville, Southern Indiana, Tennessee Tech and Morehead State. 

Back on Saturday versus Morehead State, Lindenwood took a 38-23 deficit into the locker room. The Lions outscored the Eagles 35-33 from there in a 71-58 loss. Keenon Cole managed 22 points with 13 rebounds to lead the way.

I’m staying with Southeast Missouri State. The Redhawks are sitting on consecutive wins, which is an encouraging bounce-back after three straight losses early this month. Southeast Missouri State didn’t have too many issues the last time these teams met up on January 12 at Show Me Center, either. The Redhawks jumped out to a 45-28 edge in that one and ended up winning 94-71. As for Lindenwood, they’re on a four-game losing streak with 68 or fewer points scored in each. If SEMO gets going I don’t see the Lions keeping pace.
