The Huskies were a solid 18-6 over their first 24 games of the year. UConn went 6-1 over the final seven games of the year, beating Marquette, Seton Hall, Providence, St. John’s, DePaul and Villanova with a lone loss to Creighton otherwise.

I’ll probably take a stab on UConn. The Huskies are looking pretty good over this current 9-1 stretch. They’ve scored 73 or more points in five straight games and haven’t really had any close finishes in the last six games. As for Marquette, they’re looking good over this seven-game win streak. That said, the Golden Eagles have had some very tight games along the way. These teams have split the season pair, with the home team getting a victory each time. Marquette won 82-76 back on January 11, and the Huskies returned the favor 87-72 on February 7. This will probably be a pretty close one most of the way, but ultimately I like UConn to power it out.
