Dhashon Dyson has 14.4 PPG to cap off the trio of double-digit scorers for the Wildcats so far this year while Reggie Ward has 9.7 PPG with 4.8 RPG and Elijah Hulsewe has 5.5 RPG to lead Bethune-Cookman in rebounding this season. As a team, Bethune-Cookman is averaging 75.1 PPG on 43.7% shooting from the field, 30.3% from three and 72.4% from the foul line this season. I’m on Bethune-Cookman here. Both of these teams have defensive issues, but while Alcorn State leads the SWAC in offensive efficiency, it’s Bethune that has the much better shooting percentages across the board and I’m not sure I see Alcorn State getting the stops necessary to cover this number and keep themselves in this game. Give me Bethune-Cookman in this one.
