Cleveland State vs IUPUI Prediction

Both home teams won the first two meetings this season and it’s Cleveland State that’s won 9 of the last 10 meetings overall. Those who have followed me all season over at Pick Dawgz know how I feel about IUPUI. The up-tempo ridiculous pace is fun to watch but it doesn’t translate to winning. It’s a style of play you push out when you don’t have much talent. You play fast and get as many possessions as possible to close the margins. IUPUI has two road wins, is sloppy offensively, and is nonexistent defensively.

Cleveland State has issues of its own obviously but it’s at home where it’s played its best ball and has the offensive horses to expose this IUPUI defense. It’s an elimination game and we’re laying a bucket. Give me Cleveland State.
