Creighton vs Iowa State Prediction 11/25/25 College Basketball Picks Today

The Iowa State Cyclones and the Creighton Bluejays meet Tuesday in college basketball action from Michelob ULTRA Arena. Here’s a Creighton vs Iowa State prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Creighton vs Iowa State pick.

Iowa State Cyclones Betting Preview

The Cyclones stormed through their first four games of the season, rattling off a quartet of victories in the process. Iowa State began with a matchup versus Fairleigh Dickinson on November 3, powering out an 88-50 blowout win. Ditto for game two versus Grambling: the Cyclones roles to a 102-62 outcome. Game three against Mississippi State was a bit closer, but still a sizable 96-80 win for Iowa State. The Cyclones got back to blowouts in game four, taking out Stonehill 96-57 on November 17 for a 4-0 start in four outings.

On Monday versus St. John’s, Iowa State was trailing 45-43 by halftime, then closed on a 40-37 run on the way to a tight 83-82 victory in the end. Leading the team in scoring was Milan Momcilovic with 23 points and three boards. Joshua Jefferson added 17 points with eight rebounds and three assists while Tamin Lipsey had 16 points with five assists in the winning effort for the Cyclones.

Creighton Bluejays Betting Preview

Over on the Creighton side, they managed to notch a 3-1 run across their first quartet of outings, with only a lone loss to a highly-ranked team. The Jays kicked things off with a 92-76 win over South Dakota, then took a rough 90-63 road loss versus Gonzaga on November 11. Creighton got back to business in game three though, dispatching Maryland Eastern Shore by a score of 84-45. The November 19 matchup with North Dakota was pretty routine as well: the Bluejays finished with a 75-60 win in that one, giving the team a 3-1 record across their first four outings.

Matched up against Baylor on Monday, the Bluejays faced a 44-36 deficit heading into the second half. Creighton got slightly better from there on a 38-37 run and ended up taking the loss in the end 81-74. Hudson Greer topped the team with 16 points and three boards over 23 minutes in the losing effort, while Josh Dix had 15 points with six assists and three rebounds. Nik Graves added 12 points with four assists and three rebounds in 30 minutes of action for the Bluejays as well.

Creighton vs Iowa State Prediction

I might take a stab on Creighton here. The Bluejays shot pretty well (46.6 percent) from the field in their loss to Baylor on Monday, hitting 11-of-29 (37.9 percent) from 3-point range and 9-of-10 from the line as well. The trouble was up front, as Creighton was outmuscled on the boards 39-24 and outscored in the paint 38-28. The good news is that the Jays have 74 or more points in four of five games so far this year. The bad news is that they’ve given up 76 or more points in three of five.

As for Iowa State, they finished off a nail-biter victory versus a great St. John’s team on Monday. The Cyclones hit 43.5 percent from the field, 40.9 percent (9-of-22) from outside and 20-of-25 (80 percent) from the line along the way. Iowa State did get outfoxed on the boards 31-28 and in the paint 38-30 but it was a great win nonetheless. Should be another good one on Tuesday if Creighton can get it going.
