The Dayton Flyers will look to rebound from a 50-49 road loss to George Mason last time out. DaRon Holmes II leads the Flyers in scoring with 11.2 PPG along with 5.6 RPG while Toumani Camara has 10.1 PPG with a team-high 6.6 RPG to lead Dayton on the glass. Malachi Smith also has 10.1 PPG with a team-high 5.1 APG to cap off the trio of double-digit scorers for Dayton up to this point in the year. As a team, Dayton is averaging 68.8 PPG on 47.7% shooting from the field, 34% from three and 69.5% from the foul line while allowing 61.2 PPG on 41.3% shooting from the field and 32.9% from three this season.

I get the allure of Fordham and the points as the Rams are a team I’ve been on a couple of times in A-10 play this season. However, Dayton took their eye off of the ball against George Mason and I’m sure the Flyers want to get back on track against a Fordham team that they’ve owned historically. I think the Flyers also want revenge after Fordham beat them in the lone meeting last season. Give me Dayton in a big statement win.
