The Northern Illinois Huskies and the Dayton Flyers meet in college hoops action from the UD Arena on Saturday afternoon.

The Dayton Flyers will be out to add to their 93-54 win over Alabama State last time out. Northern Illinois is 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games following a win and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games as an underdog while the over is 4-1 in their last 5 Saturday games. Dayton is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games overall and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games against a team with a losing road record while the over is 5-1 in their last 6 games following an ATS win.

Common logic would say you look at the record and you go back to our recent history with Dayton and laying the points makes a ton of sense. Howeve,r despite four straight wins, this is still a fairly inconsistent Dayton team. I’m not rushing to the window to back Northern Illinois for much of anything, but they’re a decent team that’s played a tough schedule and hung around in some of those games as well. I’ll take my chances with NIU and the points here.
