FAU vs St. Bonaventure Prediction 11/30/25 College Basketball Picks Today

The Saint Bonaventure Bonnies and the Florida Atlantic Owls meet Sunday in college basketball action from Eleanor R Baldwin Arena. Here’s a FAU vs St. Bonaventure Prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best FAU vs St. Bonaventure pick.

St. Bonaventure Bonnies Betting Preview

The Bonnies have had a pretty nice year so far, with just one blemish versus a highly-ranked team on the card. Saint Bonaventure started out the season on a 5-0 stretch. The wins in that time were versus Bradley, Canisius, Siena, Youngstown State and Robert Morris in succession. Game six was the Bonnies’ first loss, an 85-70 affair versus North Carolina. Saint Bonaventure would bounce back a couple of days later though, taking out East Carolina. That win improved the Bonnies to 6-1 overall through seven games so far this season.

In their last outing on Thursday versus East Carolina, the Bonnies came out of the break with a one-point deficit. Saint Bonaventure woke up in the second half on a 39-29 run though, and took the win in the end 67-58. Frank Mitchell notched a double-double in the win with 17 points, 12 boards and two assists. Daniel Egbuniwe had 17 points as well, along with three boards. Dasonte Bowen added 10 points and three assists for the Bonnies as well.

Florida Atlantic Owls Betting Preview

Over on the Owls’ side, they’ve had a pretty strong year also—with a couple of blemishes on the card. Florida Atlantic opened with consecutive wins over Boston College and Charleston, then took their first loss of the season versus Liberty. The Owls would hit a three-game win streak from there, taking out Coastal Georgia, Pacific and Loyola Marymount. Game seven was another loss though, this time versus George Mason. In total FAU has carved out a 5-2 record across their first seven outings of the season.

Matched up against George Mason on Tuesday, the Owls went into the second half with a 15-point deficit. Florida Atlantic got better from there on 40 more points but still lost 74-65 in the end. Kanaan Carlyle led the team with his 22 points and four rebounds, while Devin Vanterpool added 17 points with five assists and nine rebounds in 35 minutes of work on the floor.

FAU vs St. Bonaventure Prediction

I’ll lean toward the Bonnies here. Saint Bonaventure had a slow first half in their latest matchup versus East Carolina, but got it going in the second. The Bonnies ended up with a tepid 40.7 percent shooting, a 35-33 rebounding deficit and 14 turnovers. That said, Saint Bonaventure also did well from the line (12-of-14 for 85.7 percent) and outscored the Pirates in the paint 26-18. The Bonnies also held ECU to just 29.1 percent shooting and got seven steals off 17 Pirates turnovers. The 67 points were the Bonnies’ lowest total of the season so far however; I’d like to see them crack the 70-point mark again here.

As for FAU, they gave up 49 percent shooting from the field and 52.9 percent (9-of-17) from 3-point range in their latest loss to a good George Mason team. The Owls were pretty solid otherwise, outside of a 6-of-23 success rate (26.1 percent) from 3-point range. FAU can score pretty well this year when they’re on point, so this should be a good matchup.
