The Texas A&M Aggies and the Florida Gators meet in college basketball action from the Exactech Arena on Wednesday night.
The Texas A&M Aggies will be out to build on back-to-back wins after an 86-66 win over Prairie View A&M last time out. Wade Taylor leads the Aggies in scoring with 15.5 PPG while Tyrece Radford has 12.3 PPG and 5.2 RPG. Henry Coleman III also has 11 PPG with a team-high 5.3 RPG to lead the Aggies on the glass and to cap off the group of double-digit scorers for Texas A&M so far this season. I get why one would look at Texas A&M here, but Florida’s weakness has been playing strong teams this season and I don’t know if I’d necessarily lump Texas A&M in that category. Florida’s 0-6 SU against teams in the KenPom top-35 while Texas A&M is in the mid-70s. I just don’t think the Aggies will have an answer for Colin Castleton inside and the Gators are starting to get production from guys like Lofton, Bonham, Reeves and Richard more frequently as a whole. I like the Gators in this one.
