George Washington struggled on the defensive end against Richmond in the 2nd half and could not fight back after the Spiders took an 82-65 lead with 5:18 left in regulation. George Washington shot 41.3% from the field & 34.8% from beyond the arc while allowing Richmond to shoot 55.6% from the field & 41.7% from beyond the arc. Leading the way for the Colonials was Joe Bamisile who had 29 points, 7 rebounds, & 1 assist.

George Mason led by a 48-42 margin with 12:56 left in the 2nd half, however, the Patriots struggled offensively down the stretch and could not fight back after a 22-2 Rams run gave VCU a 64-50 lead with 4:17 left in regulation. The Colonials are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games overall & 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games. The Patriots are 3-0-1 ATS in their last 4 games following a straight up loss & 10-4 ATS in their last 14 home games.
George Mason is 9-3 at home this season an no doubt the better team, however, the Patriots haven’t been overly strong on either end of the court this season, ranking 163rd in scoring offense & 164th in scoring defense, and have lost 6 of their last 8 games. George Washington has been playing some of their better basketball of the season as of late and as the Colonials were able to defeat George Washington by a 77-76 margin at home earlier this season, I think the Colonials do enough with the double-digit points to get us a cover. Good Luck!
