Gonzaga vs Arizona State Prediction 11-10-24 College Basketball Picks

The Arizona State Sun Devils and the Gonzaga Bulldogs meet Sunday in college basketball action from McCarthey Athletic Center. Here’s a Gonzaga vs Arizona State prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Gonzaga vs Arizona State pick.

Arizona State Sun Devils Betting Preview

Arizona State went into halftime of their opener versus Idaho State up 31-20. The Sun Devils faded a bit after the break but held on for the win 55-48. Leading the scoring was Alston Mason with 14 points, while BJ Freeman added 12 points and eight boards.

In their Friday matchup versus Santa Clara, the Sun Devils were up by just two points at the break. Arizona State rallied from there for an 81-74 win. Freeman put up 17 points to lead the way. Adam Miller added 16 points, and Jayden Quaintance had 12 boards.

Gonzaga Bulldogs Betting Preview

Over on the Gonzaga side, they’re coming off a 27-8 overall run last year with a 14-2 finish in WCC matchups. The Bulldogs would land behind only Saint Mary’s with that effort. Gonzaga made the NCAA Tournament, where they eventually lost to Purdue in the Sweet Sixteen round.

On Monday versus Baylor, Gonzaga went into the second half with a comfortable lead 49-30. The Bulldogs hit a 52-33 run from there for a nice win 101-63. Nolan Hickman led the team on 17 points and six boards. Graham Ike added 15 points with eight rebounds.

Gonzaga vs Arizona State Prediction

I’m leaning toward Gonzaga. The Bulldogs came out of the gate firing with a dominant effort versus a good Baylor team. Gonzaga posed a blistering 57.1 percent shooting and a 45-32 rebounding edge in that one alongside 25 team assists. Another outing like that and the Bulldogs will cruise to a cover here.

As for Arizona State, on Friday they dispatched a pesky Santa Clara team with a 43-39 rebounding advantage and 40.5 percent (15-of-37) from 3-point range. The Sun Devils will have a much tougher matchup Sunday though, and I don’t think they’ll quite get there.
