ANDREW’S FREE PICK

I’ll probably stay with North Texas in this one. The Mean Green are coming off a pretty solid all-around win over Alcorn State, shooting 44 percent from the field with 36 rebounds and 17 team assists. North Texas isn’t scoring spectacularly these days, but they’ve managed 67 or more points in four straight outings. As for Sam Houston, they’re on a 9-1 run over their last 10 games and playing some pretty solid basketball. I think the Bearkats will push North Texas in a great matchup here, but in the end I think the Green will take the cover. Should be a fun one to watch.
