The Montana State Bobcats and the Oregon Ducks meet in college basketball action from the Matthew Knight Arena on Tuesday night.
The Montana State Bobcats will try to build on a 70-57 win over Long Beach State last time out. Raequan Battle led the way with 24 points on 8 of 19 shooting with 6 rebounds while Darius Brown II added 11 points and a team-high 4 assists as the only other double-digit scorer for Montana State in the win. Sam Lecholat and Robert Ford III each had a team-high 4 assists while Great Osobor added a team-high 9 rebounds as well in the win.
The Oregon Ducks will hope to bounce back from a 69-56 loss to UC-Irvine in their last game. Montana State is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games following a win while the under is 6-1 in their last 7 Tuesday games. Oregon is 5-11 ATS in their last 16 games overall and 8-21-1 ATS in their last 30 Tuesday games while the over is 5-0-1 in their last 6 games following an ATS loss.
I get the case to be made either way in this game, but I feel the better play is the over. These are two talented lineups as Oregon as usual hit the transfer portal well and hard while Montana Tate has a lot of returning production and a really good roster once Big Sky conference play starts. I just envision this being a game where one team, if not both, find their way scoring into the 70s and I think we have an over brewing so give me the over.
