Seton Hall vs Fordham Prediction 11-9-24 College Basketball Picks

In this article, we will formulate a Seton Hall vs Fordham Prediction for this college basketball game on Saturday, November 9th, at the Walsh Gymnasium.

Seton Hall Tested in First Game

Seton Hall was really tested in the first game of the season, and they are going to look to get that taste out of their mouth. Seton hall faced off against Saint Peter’s, a team that isn’t expected to be very good, and they only won by four points. The defense was good giving up only 53 point,s but the offense only managed 57 points, and that is going to need to be better. At halftime they were up by five, but in the second half they scored only 25 points, and that inability to score, led to them not pulling away. Chaunce Jenkins had a strong game putting up 19 points and six rebounds. Prince Aligbe also had a good game putting up 10 points. In this game, Seton Hall needs to find a way to get the offense going. As a team, the Pirates only shot 31.8 percent from the field.

Fordham Blown Out in First Game

Fordham faced off against St. John’s in the first game and it was an ulgy one, although not sure many expected different. Fordham’s offense scored only 60 points but the defense gave up 92 points and that led to the blowout defeat. The offense needs to be better obviously, but the defense needs to make some stops if they want any chance. Jackie Johnson III did have a really strong game putting up 23 points and two rebounds, but the rest of the offense wasn’t good enough. The only other player that scored in double figures was Josh Rivera who put up 11 points, six rebounds, and one assist.

Seton Hall vs Fordham Prediction

Seton Hall struggled in the first game of the season, but they learned a lot, and they are going to be a whole lot better here. Fordham’s defense in the first game put up 92 points and they are going to really struggle in this game. Seton Hall’s offense is going ot have no issue running up the score and this game is going to get ugly here. Fordham just won’t be keeping up. Back Seton Hall against the spread.
