Seton Hall vs Siena 11/27/22 College Basketball Picks, Predictions, Odds

The Siena Saints and the Seton Hall Pirates meet Sunday in college basketball action from HP Field House. Siena is currently 3-3 overall. The Saints fell to Ole Miss on Friday. As for Seton Hall, they’re sitting at 4-2 overall. The Pirates lost to Oklahoma in their last outing. Check back all season long for free college basketball picks at Sports Chat Place.

Siena began their year with a pair of wins, 75-68 over Holy Cross and 75-62 versus Albany. The Saints lost 96-94 to Army in game three, then fell 69-59 to Harvard. The Saints managed to win Thursday’s matchup versus Florida State, though.

On Friday versus Ole Miss, it was another loss for Siena. The Saints had a 27-26 lead going into the break but were outscored 48-35 from there in a 74-62 defeat. Javian McCollum led the team on 24 points with eight assists.

Over on the Seton Hall side, they won their first two games this year as well, taking out Monmouth and Saint Peter’s. The Pirates lost to Iowa 83-67, then bounced back with sin over Wagner and Memphis.

On Friday versus Oklahoma, the Pirates took a 34-33 deficit into the locker room. Seton Hall couldn’t get any closer and gave up 43 second-half points in a 77-64 loss. Al-Amir Dawes led the way on 12 points with three rebounds.

PICK: I might take a stab on Seton Hall. The Pirates did a decent job against a good Oklahoma team in their last outing despite the loss. Seton Hall shot 44.2 percent from the field and had a 32-26 rebounding advantage. The defense was pretty lax with the Sooners’ 51.8 percent shooting, though. As for Siena, they ran into something of the same problem versus Ole Miss, giving up 50 percent from the field. In this matchup I like Seton Hall to control the boards like the Rebels did (36-27 advantage) and bag a cover against Siena.
