Matched up against Western Carolina again on Wednesday, the Bulldogs were up 35-31 going into the second half. The Citadel posted a 46-39 run from there and took the win 81-70. Stephen Clark led the team on 18 points and eight assists.

ANDREW’S FREE PICK

I’ll probably take a stab on the Citadel here. The Bulldogs have been a mixed bag lately, going just 3-5 over theist eight outings. Still, the Citadel have been scoring fairly well, with 65 or more points in five of their last nine. If the Bulldogs can finish around 70 points or so here I think they’ll be in good shape for the cover/win. Mercer has hit 68 or more in three of their last four games, so this one could end up on the high side total-wise.
