Matched up against Morehead State on Saturday, the Lions were outscored 39-33 in the first half. Lindenwood didn’t end up getting any closer and lost 72-63. Kevin Caldwell was tops in scoring with 20 points.

Back on Saturday versus Eastern Illinois, the Skyhawks were up 46-43 by halftime. Tennessee-Martin posted a 45-35 run in the second and won it 91-78. Both Parker Stewart and Chris Nix scored 19 points apiece.

ANDREW’S FREE PICK

I’ll probably stick with TN-Martin in this one. The Skyhawks are coming off a pretty comfortable win over EIU at Elam, and they’ve rebounded from a fairly listless loss to Southern Indiana on January 14 with a combined 171 points in their last two games. As for Lindenwood, they haven’t been able to crack 65 points in four of their last five outings. If the Skyhawks get going early in this matchup, I think they’ll be able to keep the Lions at bay and power out a cover.
