Colorado State has had a pretty impressive year thus far, and they’re yet to lose consecutive games. The Rams are 6-1 in their last seven outings, and notched a nice 10-point win over Fresno State in the Thursday tournament game.

In the Thursday tournament game versus Fresno State, Colorado State had a 33-28 edge at the break and things only got better from there in a 72-62 win. Leading the way was Isaiah Stevens with 16 points, five rebounds and one block.

Over on the Utah State side, they got off to a rough start at 1-3 this year, but then hit a win streak that lasted from December 8 to January 21. The Aggies have won five straight games, taking out Nevada, Wyoming, Fresno State and UNLV in that stretch.

In the Thursday tournament win over UNLV, Utah State posted a 50-29 edge in the second half to catch a 74-53 victory and move on. Leading the team in scoring was Neemias Queta with 18 points, 13 rebounds, one assist, one steal and three blocks.

Utah State is 4-0 ATS in their last four neutral-site games and 9-3 ATS in their last 12 after an ATS win. The over is 6-1 in the Aggies’ last seven Friday games and the under is 4-1 in their last five neutral-site games.

Meanwhile, the Rams are 7-20-1 ATS in their last 28 Friday games and 4-1 ATS in their last five neutral-site games. The over is 4-1 in Colorado State’s last five Friday games and the under is 5-2 in the last seven overall.

PICK: I’m going to stick with Utah State here. The Aggies had a pretty flat first half in their Thursday game, going into the break sluggish at 24-24. Utah State was able to find their rhythm from there however, and they turned in a great offensive performance. I like the Aggies to keep it going in this round.
