Villanova is 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall and 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 Tuesday games while the over is 5-0 in their last 5 games against a team with a winning percentage above .600.
I get the case to be made either way here, as Providence is a lot better than this line would suggest and the Wildcats have revenge on their minds. However, in any other spot I may have taken the Friars with the points and I think I’ll get back on them at some point. The thing is that Providence has the regular season title pretty much locked up, and Villanova is going to be out for revenge at home. Finneran Pavilion is going to be loud, rowdy and tough for any road opponent that’s in the spot that Providence is in. Not loving the line, but this just feels like an 11-point Villanova win. I’ll lay the points in a lean at best.
