Stanford vs Washington State Betting Prediction

Washington State comes into this game after finishing second in the PAC-12 standings with a 14-6 record. The Cougars had a great season, but they are coming off of a loss to Washington. Stanford was only 8-12 in conference play this season, but they were able to beat Cal on Wednesday to extend their season. Washington State won both regular season meetings with Stanford by scores of 89-75 and 72-59, and I like them to win this game rather easily. Stanford is not good enough defensively to hang around with Washington State in my opinion, so I like the Cougars here.
