The Wright State Raiders will be looking to add to their 75-63 win over IPFW in their last game. Tanner Holden leads Wright State in scoring and assists with 20.9 PPG and 2.9 APG while Grant Basile has 17.1 PPG and a team-high 8.6 RPG to lead the Raiders on the glass. Trey Calvin has 14 PPG to make up the trio of double-digit scorers for Wright State so far this season. As a team, Wright State is averaging 75.3 PPG on 46.6% shooting from the field, 31.3% from three and 77.3% from the foul line while allowing 73.1 PPG on 45.2% shooting from the field and 32.6% from three this season.
Detroit is 5-0 ATS in their last 5 Friday games and 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games overall, while the under is 5-0 in their last 5 games as an underdog. Wright State is 7-19 ATS in their last 26 games overall and 3-9 ATS in their last 12 home games while the under is 6-1 in their last 7 games as a favorite.
I get why the points with the Titans are worth a look here, but ultimately I think this game just boils down to laying points with the better overall team in this one. We’re not being asked to do anything too crazy with the Raiders either, if we’re being honest. This is a reasonable line, and I just think that the Raiders win this one by a few possessions, even if it comes at the free throw line late. Give me the Raiders here.
