The FIU Panthers will look to build on their 34-15 upset win over Charlotte in their last game to climb to 3-4 on the year. Grayson James has thrown for 1,399 yards, 8 touchdowns and 6 interceptions on 62.1% passing while Lexington Joseph leads FIU with 363 rushing yards and 3 TDs. Tyrese Chambers leads FIU with 37 grabs for 405 receiving yards while Kris Mitchell and Jalen Bracey each have 200+ receiving yards as well this season. Louisiana Tech is 1-6-1 ATS in their last 8 road games and 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 conference games while the over is 7-0 in their last 7 conference games. FIU is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games and 5-17 ATS in their last 22 conference games while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 games overall.

I get the case to be made for either side here as FIU has been so bad, but LA Tech’s defense hasn’t been very good themselves and is capable of making anyone look good. That being said, I’m leaning towards the over here as I just don’t trust either defense to get the necessary stops in this one and even if it’s a one-sided game, I could easily see a game that gets into the 60s. Give me the over.
