Chris’ Pick
I’m looking at USF and the points here. We’ve seen Memphis go 0-4 ATS at home this season, and that includes narrowly beating an average at best Navy team with a similar line earlier this season. USF’s offense has been a lot better than Navy’s, and while the defense leaves a fair bit to be desired, the offense is good enough to keep the Bulls in this game. I see a 38-27 kind of game here, so give me the Bulls and the points in this one.
