Nebraska vs Indiana Prediction Football Picks Today 10/10/26

The Indiana Hoosiers and the Nebraska Cornhuskers meet Saturday in college football action from Memorial Stadium in Lincoln. Here’s a Nebraska vs Indiana prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Nebraska vs Indiana pick.

Indiana Hoosiers Betting Preview

This year the Hoosiers got off to a pretty dominant start. Indiana opened with a blowout win over North Texas 52-16, then dispatched Howard 55-0 in game two. The Hoosiers kept it going with another blowout win, this time 38-0 over Western Kentucky. Game four was a lot closer but still a win for Indiana. That one finished 29-23 over Northwestern on September 25.

In last weekend’s matchup versus Rutgers, the Hoosiers got right to work with 10 first-quarter points and hit the break with a 23-0 edge. Indiana kept it going from there and walked away with a nice road win 47-15. QB Josh Hoover put up a 20-of-27 line for 251 yards and four touchdowns. Turbo Richard led the rush with a whopping 204 yards and one TD on 13 totes.

Nebraska Cornhuskers Betting Preview

Over on the Cornhuskers’ side, they also started out hot this year with a nice string of wins. Nebraska rolled past Ohio 49-21 in the opener then took care of Bowling Green in blowout fashion 56-7. Game three versus North Dakota was also a win 34-7, then came another big victory on the road versus Michigan State. That one finished with a 31-13 score.

Matched up against Maryland last weekend the Cornhuskers came out of a wild first quarter with a 16-7 deficit. Nebraska really got it going in the fourth quarter though, adding three more end-zone trips for a 48-23 victory in the end. Quarterback Anthony Colandrea was 26-of-39 for 238 yards, three TDs and one pick while also leading the rush on 10 carries for 108 yards.

Nebraska vs Indiana Prediction

I’ll stick with the Hoosiers. Indiana didn’t have too many issues with Rutgers last weekend, bagging 593 yards, 26 first downs, 329 rush yards and 5-of-10 on third-down tries. The Hoosiers gave up just nine first downs on the other side with only 2-of-14 on third-down conversions. Indiana is cooking right now; four of their five wins have featured 38 or more points, and three of them have 47 or more points.

As for Nebraska, they really got it going late in the game against Maryland, holding the Terrapins to just 1-of-14 on third downs. Offensively the Cornhuskers put up 447 yards and 209 rush yards. It was a messy game though, with Nebraska contributing 16 of the game’s 28 total flags for 132 yards. They’ll have their hands full with Indiana.
