Pittsburgh vs Georgia Tech Prediction

I’m leaning towards Georgia Tech and the points here. Brent Key has been great as an underdog since taking over as Georgia Tech’s head coach and the fact is that the Pitt Panthers have not looked right at all since losing Mason Heintschel for the year a few weeks ago. This Pitt team had so much promise before that injury, and at least Georgia Tech still has their starting QB here. I wouldn’t be surprised if Georgia Tech pulled off the outright upset, so give me the points with the Yellow Jackets in this one.

Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Recap

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets come into this game looking to bounce back from a 49-27 loss at the hands of Boston College last time out to sit at 2-5 this season. After this game, Georgia Tech will head home for a game against the Louisville Cardinals.

Alberto Mendoza has thrown for 1,714 yards, 10 touchdowns and 6 interceptions on 71.2% passing while Justice Haynes leads Georgia Tech in rushing with 515 yards and 4 touchdowns. Trelain Maddox sits behind Haynes on the ground with 279 yards and 5 touchdowns.
