Utah State vs Hawaii Prediction 11-16-24 College Football Picks

The Hawaii Rainbow Warriors and the Utah State Aggies will meet on Saturday in college football action from Maverik Stadium. Here’s a Utah State vs Hawaii prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Utah State vs Hawaii pick.

Hawaii Rainbow Warriors Betting Preview

The Warriors’ year began with a 2-2 run featuring wins over Delaware State and Northern Iowa around losses to UCLA and Sam Houston. Hawaii would then lose to San Diego State, Boise State, and Washington State before wins over Nevada and Fresno State.

Matched up against UNLV last weekend, the Warriors scored points in every quarter but still fell in a tough outcome 29-27. Brayden Schager logged 282 yards with three touchdowns and one interception. Jonah Panoke was tops in receiving with six grabs for 90 yards and two scores.

Utah State Aggies Betting Preview

Over on the Utah State side, they beat Robert Morris in their opener then hit the skids. The Aggies would lose to USC, Utah, Temple, Boise State, UNLV, and New Mexico before finally getting another victory over Wyoming.

In Saturday’s game against Washington State, Utah State gave up 14 points in each of the final three quarters during a 49-28 loss. Spencer Petras logged 208 yards with two scores and a pick. Tops in rushing was Herschel Turner with 16 totes for 85 yards.

Utah State vs Hawaii Prediction

I’ll go with Utah State. I could probably lean either way on this one, though. The Aggies had a tough draw last weekend versus Washington State and ended up surrendering a whopping 303 rush yards (482 total), 28 first downs, and 6-of-12 third-down conversions. The two turnovers and 10 penalties for 84 yards didn’t help either. The good news is that Utah State has scored 27 or more points in each of the last six games. The bad news is that they’ve lost five of those.

As for Hawaii, they had trouble on third downs (3-of-14) and had just 16 first downs in their loss to UNLV. The Warriors should have some good scoring opportunities here, but if the Utah State offense shows up I think the Aggies can cover/win. It’s obviously a coin flip, though.
