We’ve got a pretty good weekend of NHL action ahead of us, and this morning is a good time to check in on the notable adds from the fantasy hockey waiver wire. Let’s take a look at some of the trending names to see if anyone works for your team.

Mike Condon, G, Ottawa Senators: Let’s start out between the pipes today and check out Condon. He’s coming off a nice game in Jersey, saving all 21 shots that came his way in a 3-0 victory.

Fantasy Hockey Update 2/17/17: Top Waiver Wire Picks and Sleepers

That was Condon’s 17th win on the season, and he’s carrying a 2.45 GAA and a .915 save percentage. He’s even better against Metropolitan teams, with a 6-3-2 record and three shutouts this year.

Sebastian Aho, LW/RW, Carolina Hurricanes: Aho is one of the top wingers on the waiver wire right now, as he’s been fairly productive in his last handful of games. In his last five outings, he’s got five goals an an assist.

Aho has bagged 17 goals and 15 assists with 137 shots on goal this year, but his minus-2 rating is kind of a letdown. It’s been a good season for the rookie, and he’s a nice low-end play in fantasy right now.

Patrick Maroon, LW, Edmonton Oilers: Maroon is still out there in about 2/3 of fantasy hockey leagues, but is trending toward being added in more. He has two goals and two assists with a plus-3 rating and 13 shots on goal in his lat three games.

Maroon won’t bag a whole lot of assists—he’s got just 10—but is good in the other areas with 20 goals, 133 shots and a plus-15 mark.

Brandon Dubinsky, C, Columbus Blue Jackets: Dubinsky has been peppering in the points lately, and he’s a nice add right now despite being available in over 70 percent of leagues.

In Dubinsky’s last 11 games, he’s got three goals and eight assists, giving him eight scores and 21 helpers on the season to go along with 80 shots and a plus-13 mark.

Elias Lindholm, C/RW, Carolina Hurricanes: Let’s finish up with Lindholm, who is widely available out there. He’s been on an assists spree, putting up nine helpers in hi last eight games.

Lindholm has just five goals on the year but is rocking 22 assists and 93 shots. the Carolina home-stand begins tonight against Colorado.
