Fantasy Football 2017: Week 13 Sleepers
The Trending Waiver Wire Pickups and Sleepers in Fantasy Football Week 13
November 28, 2017
With Week 13 nearly upon us in the NFL, it’s time once again to take a look at the fantasy football waiver wire to see if there’s anyone out there worth grabbing. Here’s a closer look at the trending players heading into this round of games.
Los Angeles Chargers Defense: Let’s kick things off on the defensive side of the ball today and look at the Chargers, who are a very trendy add right now after recording 19 points against Dallas.

That makes three straight double-digit scoring outings for the LA defense, including a total of 44 points over their last two. They get a choice matchup against the Browns this week.
Ricky Seals-Jones, TE, Arizona Cardinals: Seals-Jones is a relatively new arrival on the scene, but his number over the last two weeks speak for themselves.
Seals-Jones put up 17.4 points and two touchdowns against Houston, then followed that up with 13.2 points and another TD against the Jags. He gets a tricky matchup this week against the Rams, but might be worth looking at if you need a TE.
Cooper Kupp, WR, Los Angeles Rams: Speaking of the Rams, Kupp is a trendy add right now for LA. He’s coming off a nice game against the Saints, bagging eight catches on 11 targets for 116 yards.
Kupp is still out there in a little over 40 percent of leagues, and he’s worth looking for if you’re in need of a WR, since he won’t be matching up against Patrick Peterson and Robert Woods is ailing.
Marquise Goodwin, WR, San Francisco 49ers: Goodwin languishes in the fantasy black hole of San Francisco, but could provide some nice low-end value moving forward.
With a 16.1-point outing and a 7.8-point outing in his last two games, Goodwin has shown some flash as a lottery ticket fantasy play. He gets a not-so-great matchup against the Bears this week but is one of the better fantasy WRs at this level.
Jacquizz Rodgers, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: If you’re looking at Rodgers, you’ll want to monitor the health of Doug Martin this week, who is dealing with a concussion.
Provided Martin is out or limited, Rodgers will be the next man up and should get plenty of carries. He’s worth a speculative add in deeper leagues right now pending Martin’s availability.
