Hi Everyone!

Not the greatest way to end a solid week yesterday as both our pitchers (Dominago German & Rich Hill) didn't have a great day on the mound and offense couldn't do enough to overcome those performances to get us to cash. Overall, it was decent week for us as we had a nice stretch between Tuesday & Saturday afternoon and I'm hoping that can get off to a hot start this week!

For or pitching spots tonight I'm going with Blake Snell (P) & Joey Lucchesi (P). Snell has been incredible all season, posting a 2.48 ERA and 1.06 WHIP and has allowed 2 or less ER's in 13 of his 16 starts this season. Snell has a 9.21 K/9 ratio this season and has been incredible against LHB's this season, holding them to just a .130 average and .381 OPS. I'm taking a risk with Joey Lucchesi who recently came back from the DL and looked shaky in his first start back against Oakland last week. I like Lucchesi tonight as he has some tremendous upside and pitched really well prior to hurting his hip as even with his rough last start, he is posting a 3.86 ERA and 1.29 WHIP. Lucchesi has an impressive 9.4 K/9 ratio and has a decent matchup against the Rangers tonight who rank 29th in strikeout rate and are nothing more than average (.246 average) vs. LHP on the season.

As I mentioned in my FanDuel article, I think Seattle is the best stack on the night against the Orioles RHP Andrew Cashner and I'll be rostering Dee Gordon (2B)Nelson Cruz (OF), and Mitch Haniger (OF). Cruz is 6 for 13 (.462 average) with 3 doubles and a HR against Cashner is his career and has a .361 average/1.171 OPS vs. Baltimore over his last three seasons . Gordon has hits in 11 of his last 12 games and has that speed that should easily get him a SB if he can get tonight and Haniger just hit .333 in the Red Sox series and has 16 HR's and 58 RBI's on the season.

I'm jumping on board with a couple of Miami players tonight in Justin Bour (1B) and Derek Dietrich (OF) in their match-up against Shelby Miller who is making his first start since having Tommy John Surgery. Some people like Miller as a value play today but I'm not one of them as Miller was hit real hard in his two rehab starts at double-A as he went just 7.2 IP while giving up 13 hits and 9 ER. Bour is 4 for 8 lifetime with a HR against Miller and has a .909 OPS vs. RHP on the season and Dietrich has been on fire as of late, hitting .476 over the past week and just crushed the Rockies in his recent series, going 8 for 13 with 2 doubles and 3 HR's. Dietrich also has a .307 average/.864 OPS vs, RHP on the season.

I'm putting in Wilson Ramos (C) in my lineup tonight as he is having a nice season for the Rays and comes into his matchup against the Nationals with a .289 average with 9 HR's and 36 RBI's on the season. Ramos is hitting .333 over the past week and will be up against the LHP Gio Gonzalez who hasn't looked that sharp as of late as over his last three starts, he has gone just a combined 13.1 IP while giving up 11 ER's and 4 HR's.

Johan Camargo (SS) will be my shortstop tonight as he has HR-upside and has a decent matchup against Tyler Mahle of the Reds who a 1.67 HR/9 ratio and is allowing LHB's to post a .954 OPS against him. Camargo has a .819 OPS as a LHB this season and is hitting .421 over the past week.

Rounding out the lineup today will be Christian Villanueva (3B) of the Padres who is always a solid option when going up against an LHP. Villanueva has posted a .324 average, .824 slugging percentage, and a 1.202 OPS vs. LHP on the season and will be up against the LHP Cole Hamels of the Rangers who although is pitching well, has given up a bunch of HR's this season as he currently has a 1.8 HR/9 ratio.

Remember to check back later as I'll make any necessary adjustments needed due to "confirmed lineups" and/or weather!

Good Luck tonight!
