NBA – Fantasy Basketball – Fanduel Lineup, Picks, & Advice – 11/10/18
Update (6:21) - With Payton & Mirotic out, I've decided to get Holiday & Randle (who is getting the start) in my lineup. I'm going with value with both Sexton & Clarkson from Cleveland and decided to go with Paul George in a good matchup against Dallas. Image is updated below. Good Luck!

I’m going right back with De’Aaron Fox (PG) tonight as although the Kings are on the 2nd half a back-to-back, they have one of the best match-ups of the night to target as they’re going up against the Los Angeles Lakers with a current O/U of 239. Fox had a solid game against the Minnesota Timberwolves last night as he finished with 16 points, 10 assists, 4 rebounds, 2 blocks, and a steal. Fox has really come into this own this season as on the year he is averaging 18.5 ppg, 7.5 apg, 4.3 rpg & 1.2 spg in 33.3 mpg and as I don’t think Rondo or Ball (on a bad ankle) will have any chance of keeping up with Fox, I think we can see another 40-50 DraftKings Point game out of him.
Cleveland’s season seems already lost however, in the world of DFS, they are great team to look for some value tonight as they are dealing with a ton of injuries. Jordan Clarkson (PG) has been benefited from all these injuries for the Cavs as of late as over his last two games, he has seen about an average of 30 mpg. We all know Clarkson loves to shoot the basketball as he generally will get up double-digit shots no matter how much floor time he gets, however, it was encouraging that in his last outing against the Thunder, Clarkson chipped in with 9 rebounds & 8 assists to go with his 11 points. You can go in many different directions with the Cavs tonight however, I think Clarkson is the best choice.
The Warriors will be without some of their other offensive weapons which should mean that Kevin Durant (SF) could be in for a big game agianst the Nets team that ranks just 17th in DEFF & 27th in DRPM vs. the SF position this season. Durant is having another monster season for the Warriors as he comes into this game averaging 26.8 ppg, 6.2 apg, & 7.3 rpg in 34.7 mpg. Durant is going to have an unreal usage rate tonight and if the Nets can keep this one close, this could be one of Durant’s best DFS games of the season.
I didn’t love the value at the at PF position tonight, so I spend up starting with Jaren Jackson Jr. (PF) of the Memphis Grizzlies. Jackson Jr has been a bit inconstant on the season however, is coming off two of his better games of the season as he combined for 35 points, 13 rebounds, 2 assists, 8 blocks, and 3 steals in 65 mins. Jackson Jr. has a great ability to fill up the stat sheet, especially when it comes to the defensive stats, and he has what I think is a solid matchup agianst what should be a tired 76ers team that rank 30th in DEFF vs. PF’s on the season.
At the center position tonight, we’re going to go back the LAL/SAC games and go with the Kings big man, Willie Cauley-Stein (C). Cauley-Stein comes into this game averaging 17.2 ppg, 7.9 rpg, 2.3 apg & 1.1 spg. Cauley-Stein has been an offensive force over his last two games, as he combined for 49 points agianst the Timberwolves & Raptors and I think we’ll see more of the same tonight agianst a Lakers team that ranks 27th in DEFF & 24th in DPRM vs. the Center position on the season.
Stephen Curry & Shaun Livingston are both out for the Warriors, so we can expect heavy minutes to go to Quinn Cook (PG) in the Warriors matchup agianst the Brooklyn Nets. Cook has combined for 28 points, 7 rebounds, & 6 assists in just 38 minutes over his last two games and has shown us last year that he is capable of some big games as he even up a 30-point performance against the Bucks last march. With Green also out, I expect Cook to should a good part of the offensive load for the Warriors and has the best value on the slate.
I’m going with Marvin Bagley III (F) at my forward spot as although he hasn’t seen more than 25 minutes in all both two games this season, there is no questioning the talent he has on the offensive end and we have to love the matchup against the Lakers. On the season Bagley III is averaging 12.3 ppg, 6.1 rpg, & 1.2 bpg and has flashed some of that major upside as he put up 20 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, & 5 blocks against the Nuggets earlier this season.
Wendell Carter Jr. (Utility) has taken full advantage some of extra playing time with Bobby Portis out with an injury and comes into a nice matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers who have struggled against PF/C’s on the season. Carter Jr. comes into this game averaging 11.6 ppg, 7.9 rpg, 2.5 apg, & 2.0 bpg in 26.3 mpg. Carter has averaged 41.45 FanDuel points/game over his last 5 games
