DFS - Fantasy Basketball - NBA FanDuel Lineup - Main Slate - 12/8/18 - UPDATED

Update (6:48 PM) - Last Minute Updates! Image updated! Good Luck!

Updated (6:22 PM) - Made some adjustments but keeping a close eye on the news that still coming out! Lineup imaged has been updated! Good Luck!

Hi Everyone! Here is my initial lineup for tonight’s NBA FanDuel “Main Slate” that starts at 7:00pm.

As I’ve been doing lately, I’m just providing for the most part and image of my team as of the morning. We generally will make many changes throughout the day once injury news is released and I will provide an updated lineup around 6:30pm.

This is going to be an interesting 8-game slate tonight as we have  a bunch of question marks right now in terms of injury that will most likely change our current squad before tip-off.

Between the trade of George Hill yesterday, along with the fact that Rodney Hood went down with injury, I’m initially liking the stack of Collin Sexton & Alec Burks in their solid matchup agianst a Wizards team that hasn’t defended anyone this season. These two combined for over 66 FanDuel points last night and I wouldn’t be surprised if they go for a higher total tonight.

I’ve put in De’Aaron Fox in there for now as I just think he has great upside even in a tough matchup agianst the Pacers who have been solid against PG’s this season. Fox went off for 30 points, 12 assits, 2 rebounds, and 3 steals last night and posted a solid 37.8 FanDuel point game against the Packers a week ago.

I’m not completely sold on Kent Bazemore as of right now, but he does have a tempting price after seeing 34 minutes and putting up 46.4 FanDuel points agianst the Wizards this past Wednesday. Bazemore can be wildly inconsistent so probably not the safest play in cash games, however, I do think he has nice upside tonight in a good matchup agianst the Nuggets that won’t have Gary Harris on the defensive end.

I’m paying up for LeBron because it’s LeBron at the same time, I can see myself pivoting to a more affordable option if I want to spend up elsewhere.

I wanted to get some action against the Cavaliers and I’m currently rostering Otto Porter Jr. who has started to look like the Otto Porter Jr. of old as he has seen about 37 minutes per game over the Wizards last three games and has posted at least 32.2 FanDuel points in each one. We’ll want to keep an eye on the John Wall tonight to make sure he plays, as if he doesn’t, we might want to get Beal in their also.

We’ll have to make sure that Hassan Whiteside is out again, however, if he is, we’re going to go Bam Adebayo who was  a monster last night (22 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, 1 block) and has a great matchup agianst the Clippers.

Will Paul Millsap out with a broken toe, Trey Lyles & Nikola Jokic have great potential tonight agianst an Atlanta Hawks team that has struggled against opposing big men all season. Lyles is a great “punt” play tonight as he should see a bunch of minutes and will Millsap & Harris out (Murray is also a GTD), Jokic’s usage should be really high tonight!

Check back later for updates!

Good Luck!
