We could have done a much better job last week after producing just 360.5 fantasy points, as we caught some serious bad luck with three of our six golfers missing the cut. Just another day in the life of fantasy. Somedays you catch the breaks, somedays you fall flat on your face. This week, we’re putting together a lineup for the Quicken Loans National. Of course, for DraftKings, we have six sections and a $50,000 to spend.

Charles Howell III, $8,900 - Charles Howell III has produced 72.5 fantasy points in three of his last five events and has missed the cut just twice in 20 tries overall. Howell was runner-up in this event last year and has finished 11th or better in three of his last seven appearances.
Billy Horschel, $7,900 - Billy Horschel has been awful fantasy wise in his last three events, which includes just 36 points at the Travelers Championship last week. The good news is Horschel has made the cut three straight times at the Quicken Loans National and has an average finish of 18.5 the last two tries. Horschel is a risky play but will pay off big time if he can make it to the final weekend.
Jamie Lovemark, $8,300 - Jamie Lovemark has played this event just once since his debut in 2007, but we’re not worried about that much given his current form. Lovemark has produced no less than 77 fantasy points in his last three events, and that includes 92.5 points at the Players Championship. In a watered down field, Lovemark should be kind to owners once again.
Gary Woodland, $8,100 - Gary Woodland hasn’t provided much fantasy value recently, but in six appearances at the Quicken Loans National, he’s made the cut five times and produced a top-25 finish in his last appearance in 2016. If there’s one event that can get Woodland back on track fantasy wise, it’s probably this one.
David Lingmerth, $8,200 - David Lingmerth has had hit or miss results recently, but he’s produced a combined 163 fantasy points in his last two times making the cut. Of course, that includes 80 points last week at the Travelers Championship. Lingmerth has also finished fifth or better in his last two appearances at the Quicken Loans National.
An Byeong-hun, $8,600 - An Byeong-hun was awful in his last two events, but let’s not forget this is the same guy who produced 118 points at the Memorial and 93 points at the BMW PGA Championship. Byeong-hun has made the cut in his last two appearances here and is coming off a top-30 performance last year. Byeong-hun was one of the more valuable fantasy players before his two week skid, so don’t give up on him just yet.
