Charles Schwab Challenge
May 26, 2022 8:20 am EDT
After a one week absence, the PGA Tour returns to the state of Texas for the 2022 Charles Schwab Challenge.
Before I dive into my favorite golf bets for the 2022 Charles Schwab Challenge let’s take a quick look at the golf course the field will play and the key player statistics that I feel are the most vital to a golfer’s success this week.
The Charles Schwab Challenge will be played at Colonial Country Club in Forth Worth, Texas. The golf course is a par 70 that measures 7,209 yards. The course features tight tree lined fairways and greens that are very small with an average size of about 4,500 square feet. It should also be noted that the this track features bermuda grass fairways and bent grass greens.
The key statistics that I am focusing on this week are GIR (greens in regulation), strokes gained tee to green, scrambling, and strokes gained putting.
Now let’s shift our focus to my favorite golf bets for the 2022 Charles Schwab Challenge.
Here is a golfer to consider placing on your card to finish in the top 10.

If you are looking for a golfer to fit the narrative of a course horse look no further as I have found your man. That man’s name is Brian Harman.
