The Milwaukee Brewers and San Francisco Giants conclude a four-game series Thursday afternoon.
On Wednesday, Milwaukee stormed past SF 6-1 with six runs the final two frames. The Brewers got into Madison Bumgarner's (11-7, 2.75 ERA) head late. A bad play by the Giants' third baseman Pablo Sandoval was crucial in Bumgarner taking the loss.

San Francisco struck first on Buster Posey's sacrifice fly. The Giants then yielded six runs via Jeff Bianchi's RBI-single, Norichika Aoki's RBI-single, Khris Davis' home run, Martin Maldonado's RBI-single and the aforementioned error, which was made by Bumgarner due to Sandoval not being on third base.
The Tim Lincecum (5-11, 4.43 ERA) of old still remains missing. Lincecum the last year and half has been a shell of what he once was. SF has fallen nine of Lincecum's 10 starts. AT AT&T Park, the Giants wasted two seven-inning three-run performances by Lincecum to fall 6-3 and 4-3 at the Miami Marlins and New York Mets.
The Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, Colorado Rockies, Oakland Athletics and Philadelphia Phillies knocked in 25 runs, 24 earned, during 29 frames. Milwaukee knocked in three runs during five innings May 4 at AT&T in a 6-4 San Francisco defeat. The Brewers are 28-of-111 with 19 RBIs, seven Ryan Braun's, against Lincecum.
As awful as Lincecum and the Giants have been when he goes, Donovan Hand (0-3, 3.60 ERA) and Milwaukee have been worse. The Brewers are 4-14 when Hand holds the baseball, 2-6 on the road.
At the Arizona Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies and Pittsburgh Pirates Milwaukee fell by a run apiece, with Hand taking just one loss, allowing two runs during five frames. The Giants should be the favorite, however, I'm not counting out the Brewers, who I will side with on the run-line.
