The Los Angles Angels can sweep the Cleveland Indians with a win on Wednesday night.
With a 6-4 loss on Tuesday, the Indians drop to 11-16 on the season and have lost five straight games. During this stretch, it’s been the Indians offense that has let them down, as Cleveland has scored a combined 12 runs in their last five games. Of course, the Indians pitching staff has also been terrible, as seven pitchers have an ERA above 4.00 and they’ve allowed four or more runs in eight of their last 11 games. Zach McAllister gets the nod on Wednesday, and he is 3-1 with a 3.14 ERA and has 23 strikeouts in 28.2 innings. McAllister is 2-0 with a 2.92 ERA in two career starts against the Angels.

The Angels have won five of their last eight games and are back to a .500 record. The Angels have been absolutely crushing the ball in the series, producing 12 combined runs and 19 hits in the first two games. Mike Trout has double-digit hits in five of his last eight games. This type of run support should make C.J. Wilson happy, as he’s 3-2 with a 3.69 ERA and has 33 strikeouts in 31.2 innings. Wilson is 3-2 with 2.54 ERA in six career starts against the Indians.
The Indians are 7-1 in McAllister's last 8 starts and 4-1 in McAllisters' last 5 road starts. The Angels are 17-8 in Wilson's last 25 starts and 1-4 in Wilson's last 5 starts following a Quality Start in his last appearance.
While the Indians have been god awful over the last week, McAllister has been money to begin the season and has had career success against the Angels. It's important to note that the Angels haven't been the most consistent team out of the gate and do have an inconsistent pitcher on the mound in Wilson.
Call me crazy, but I like the Indians and the plus money.
