The San Francisco Giants and the Philadelphia Phillies close out their MLB series on Sunday AT&T Park.

The San Francisco Giants won for the second game in a row beating the Phillies on Saturday. Buster Posey, Matt Duffy, and Brandon Crawford each had three hits as the Giants scored eight runs on 15 hits. Starting pitcher Ryan Vogelsong allowed fie hits and four runs while striking out five over 5.2 innings to not get a decision as Josh Osich got the win and Santiago Casilla earned his 22nd save. For Sunday’s game the Giants start Christopher Heston who has allowed 97 hits and 41 earned runs while striking out 82 over 105 innings for an 8-5 record and a 3.51.

San Francisco Giants vs. Philadelphia Phillies - 7/12/15 MLB Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Philadelphia Phillies will go to the All Star Break with the worst record in baseball and they added to their misery on Saturday losing at San Francisco. Ryan Howard and Cody Asche each hit home runs and Odubel Herrera and Freddy Galvis each had two hits as the Phillies scored five runs on nine hits. Starting pitcher David Buchanon allowed eight hits and a run while striking out three over 5.0 innings to not get a decision as Luis Garcia took the loss. For Sunday’s game the Phillies start Chad Billingsley who has allowed 39 hits and 20 earned runs while striking out 11 over 27 innings for a 1-2 record and a 6.67 ERA.

San Francisco is 6-1 as a home favorite, 6-2 in their last eight home games, and 1-4 in Heston’s last five starts as a favorite. Philadelphia is 4-10 in game three of a series, 15-39 in their last 54 games as an underdog, and 0-5 against the NL West. Philadelphia is 1-7 in their last eight meetings with San Francisco.

The Giants are a gigantic favorite here making this one not worth playing but I see SF getting the win.
