Milwaukee Brewers vs. San Diego Padres - 8/4/15 MLB Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Milwaukee Brewers are slumping  and are need of some offense to turn things around. The Brewers continued to slump with Monday’s one sided defeat for their 9th loss in eleven contests. Wily Peralta was hit hard with six runs plated on eight hits through 3.1 frames with Preston Gullmet allowing six runs in just an inning. The Brew Crew offense couldn’t keep up on nine hits and four bases on balls. Scooter Gennett cracked his 5th homer and Jonathan Lucroy scored twice. A red hot Jimmy Nelson gets the call to the mound against visiting San Diego on Tuesday. Nelson is on a torrid run where he has thrown shutouts in three of his last four starts.

The over is 8-2-1 in Cashner’s last 11 starts on grass and  is 8-2-1 in Cashner’s last 11 starts overall. The under is 8-1-2 in Milwaukee’s last 11 overall and  is 8-1-2 in their last 11 on grass while the Brewers  are 3-10 in Nelson’s last 13 home starts. The choice here is a red hot Padres squad or a red hot hurler…
