Atlanta Braves vs. New York Mets - 6/26/16 MLB Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Atlanta Braves have been playing their best baseball of the season over the past few weeks but most are wondering if it will last. The Braves have easily been playing their best baseball but have dropped three of four following Saturday night’s disappointing loss to visiting New York. Bravos starter Julio Teheran threw eight innings of shutout ball before Dario Alverez surrendered a solo homer in the 11th to absorb the loss. Atlanta totaled nine hits and a pair of bases on balls with Ender Inciarte, Nick Markakis and Tehern recording two hits apiece. The Braves hand the ball to Bud Norris who will see New York for the second time in 2016. Norris did not receive a decision in a 3-2 win at; Miami with both runs scored on seven hits in 5.1 frames.

The over is 6-2 in Colon’s last 8 Sunday starts and  is 11-4 in Colon’s last 15 road starts. Atlanta are 7-2 in their last 9 overall and  are 7-2 in their last 9 games on grass while the over is 6-2 in their last 8 home games. New York are 8-1 in the last 9 meetings in Atlanta. The Braves seem to give the Mets fits but…
