Not sure why the Dodgers are such heavy favorites when they're facing a sweep and have a pitcher on the mound who isn't exactly Kershaw. Norris has been better since coming over from the Braves, but he's still allowing a hit per inning in the month of July and has allowed 11 runs in his last 17.2 innings. I'll take the big plus money with Arizona given the value of the line.
