The Cleveland Indians battle the Chicago White Sox at Progressive Field in Saturday action.
The Chicago White Sox are in a bit of a funk lately although it’s really immaterial at this point. The White Sox had nothing going on the mound Friday and the result was 10-4 defeat. CWS starter Miguel Gonzalez gave up five runs with Dan Jennings and Juan Minaya giving up five runs between them. Chicago totaled seven hits and walked twice with Avisail Garcia smacking a two run bomb while Melky Cabrera went deep and drove in two. Left hander Jose Quintana toes the rubber against the Indians for the 5th time this year. Quintana comes off a 10-3 loss at Kansas City with six runs plated on ten hits over four innings.
