The Pittsburgh Pirates have been playing their best baseball of the season as they try to get back in the National League Central race. Buccos starter Ivan Nova allowed all three runs on ten hits and a walk through six innings pitched before three relievers held the Brewers off the scoreboard. Pittsburgh did their damage on six hits and a pair of bases on balls with Francisco Cervelli going solo while Josh Harrison cracked a two run bomb. Gerrit Cole toes the rubber for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his third start against the Milwaukee Brewers in 2017. Cole has won back to back contests after a 5-2 victory versus the St. Louis Cardinals with both runs scoring on four hits over six frames.

The under is 20-5-1 in Pittsburgh last 26 overall and the under is 20-5-1 in Pittsburgh last 26 on grass while the under is 18-7-2 in Pittsburgh last 27 home games. Davies does a lot of winning for Milwaukee but I like the way Pittsburgh is playing and Cole isn’t too shabby either…
