Kansas City is 35-16 in Duffy’s last 51 home starts and 11-4 in their last 15 games overall while the under is 4-1 in Duffy’s last 5 starts overall. Kansas City is 4-1 in Duffy’s last 5 starts against Seattle.
I covered this game yesterday, and took the M’s based on the premise that Felix Hernandez was starting. Now with Hernandez on the DL and Gonzales getting roughed up in his first outing of the season, I feel like I need to change course and take the Royals here as Duffy has pitched well against Seattle at home, and has been a force at home over the last couple of seasons in general.
