The Cincinnati Reds have shown potential this season but are still struggling to establish a pattern of consistency. The Reds have now dropped three in a row following a 15-5 defeat the Chicago Cubs on Monday night with the pitching having too ,many issues. Cinci starter Asher Wojciechowski was tagged with seven runs on ten hits including two homers while Drew Storen allowed six more and Michael Lorenzen two.  Cincinnati totaled eight hits and seven bases on balls with Scooter Gennett going deep while driving in two and scoring two followed by Billy Hamilton with a two RBI effort. The Cincinnati Reds hand Tuesday’s start against the Chicago Cubs to right hander Luis Castillo. Castillo did not receive a decision last time out in a 10-3 win versus the San Diego Padres with all three runs given up on six hits and a trio of BB over six frames.
